PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Caresoft’s Project Management Team is responsible for:
  • Scope Management
  • Time and Cost Management
  • Quality Management
  • Team and Communications
  • Risk Management
  • Integration Management
  • Process Management
  • Program Management

Caresoft believes effective project management is a core requirement of a successful application rollout. It ensures that the numerous planning, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up activities are addressed so the project is completed within the defined timeframe and on budget. Caresoft will provide project management services dependent on the scope and complexity of the assignment. For large, multiphase projects, a dedicated project manager will be assigned as the primary Caresoft contact for all deliverables defined within the SOW. For smaller single phase projects, Caresoft still requires project management support; however the lead Engineer, or a part time project manager will be utilized to deliver this service. In both situations, project management services may be delivered onsite at the customer’s offices and/or remotely from Caresoft offices.

Caresoft’s project management services typically begin at the project kick-off meeting. Here we introduce assigned technical resources, review the deliverables and assumptions, gather requirements for the preparation of the project plan and in general discuss the action items that must be completed to get the project under way.

Caresoft’s project management services typically end at the project “close-out” meeting. At this meeting final project documentation is delivered, the final Deliverables Acceptance form is presented for approval; and customer satisfaction survey is conducted. In between these two meetings, Caresoft’s project management services address a variety of tasks and responsibilities; a summary of these is provided below:

1. Prepare a project plan to complete the work as outlined in the SOW, and identify any open issues that need to be resolved before starting the effort. The plan will provide a “roadmap” of how the work will be conducted, the major phases of the work, time-table for the project, and responsibilities assignment for customer and Caresoft project team members.

2. Address logistical issues such as travel arrangements (when applicable) and other issues that can impact the project schedule.

3. Address customer request for deployment plan changes

4. Address SOW change order requests

5. Prepare and deliver required project status reports (Verbal and written)

6. Coordinate and attend scheduled project status meetings

7. Oversee schedules for technical staff assigned to the project and overall Caresoft Service delivery regarding this SOW.

8. Maintain project issues log

9. Coordinate training sessions when Caresoft is engaged to provide these services

10. Prepare and present deliverables acceptance forms for approval as required throughout the project

11. Assemble project documentation and present to the customer
