PROJECT STAFFING

Caresoft will assemble an appropriate team of trained resources to complete the given project. In general, the team will include the following roles. Many times an individual performs multiple roles reducing the team size:

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

This person is responsible for overall business relationship between Caresoft and customer. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing all contact between our development team and your staff. Relationship Manager is the customer’s champion within Caresoft, responsible for ensuring 100% Client Satisfaction.Any questions regarding SOW costs or fees should be directed to the Relationship Manager. In addition, the Caresoft Relationship Manager is the escalation path regarding service delivery issues that can not be resolved with the assigned project manager.

PROJECT MANAGER

The size and complexity of the project will dictate if the Project Manager needs to work full time or part time. Members of the project team will work under the PM’s direction and will be utilized during the project as required. The project manager will act as the primary contact regarding the execution of SOW.

PROJECT COORDINATOR:

The project coordinator is responsible for planning and internally managing the project to meet production schedule and budget constraints.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT, LEAD ENGINEER

These individuals address required infrastructure and application design, development, configuration, installation and testing tasks. The size / complexity of the overall project will dictate the number and level of consultants utilized.

TABLEAU EXPERTS (ONSITE / REMOTE / NEAR-SHORE – USA BASED/ OFFSHORE):

Caresoft’s team of experienced Tableau Engineers has expertise in all Tableau Products including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online and all other related software. Each of our Engineers have executed multiple Tableau Projects and they come with stellar customer references. Caresoft’s offshore Tableau Engineers work remotely from our Development Center in India. They work closely with Onsite/Remote/USA Based engineers and your staff to develop solutions as per your requirements and to resolve client issues in a timely manner.

ETL ENGINEERS (ONSITE / REMOTE / NEAR-SHORE – USA BASED / OFFSHORE):

Our ETL Engineers have worked with all major data sources. Whether the data is coming from a relational database like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase or from an ERP e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft; or from your EDW in Teradata, or Vertica we have done it all. Our ETL Engineers have experience with the ETL tools of your choice, whether it is Informatica, Ab Initio, SSIS or another Unix Shell based process, we can jump right in and help you build the right ETL processes for your environment.

DBAS (ONSITE / REMOTE / NEAR-SHORE – USA BASED / OFFSHORE):

We have qualified DBAs on staff in all major database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, and Vertica. Our DBAs work closely with our team to deliver a finely tuned and optimized database which forms the foundation for your Dashboards and BI infrastructure.

QA ANALYSTS (ONSITE / REMOTE / NEAR-SHORE – USA BASED / OFFSHORE)

Ensuring the accuracy of Dashboards and reports can be tedious work. Caresoft has developed a methodology to ensure accuracy of the solutions we develop. We weave our QA processes in the Development phase, to ensure that you can trust your Dashboards & critical BI reports, and confidently base your critical business decisions upon them.

TECHNICAL TRAINER

This individual will conduct requested admin and end user training classes (when applicable).

CUSTOMER PRIMARY PROJECT CONTACT

Customer will assign a primary contact that Caresoft’s Project Manager/ Account Manager will work directly with regarding the SOW. This individual should directly be involved with the project and capable of addressing technical, scheduling or coordination issues. Further this individual should have authority to approve Caresoft Delivery Acceptance Forms.
